Had my Widex HA's & used this app for almost a year now It hasn't failed yet Provide the same app controls I use on my iPhone on an iWatch Wish the app did - foreign languages - finite battery life projection - was less susceptible to the TV hookup device the TV is on in the room and I get to close - allowed setup of telephone and iPad seamless switching - allowed me to set iPhone answering default to phone and not have to switch each time from HA's The quality of sound in these amazing HA's means I did not have to replace my expensive audio amp and expensive speakers as it was a serious deaf zone in my ear. Thanks for finding and fixing that for me Lauren. OPINION I would buy and use these products again, if I lost them

The hearing aids are absolutely brilliant, easy to fit and extremely comfortable, so good I keep forgetting that I am wearing them. Had problems with the app but since the last bug fix it has been great. Also great support and service from WIDEX and Blooms, I would highly recommend this total package.

This app keeps crashing. Very annoying as I literally cannot mute or do anything about it when I’m trying to listen to podcasts. Please fix!!! What a waste of money

Great app overall, features are useful. Only giving 2 stars though due to an apparent bug whereby if I choose a program (with appropriate equaliser settings etc), some time later the app will default back to the ‘universal’ program with default (flat) equaliser settings. Fix this and more stars!

The app is ok but could provide much more access, you should be able to add much more programs, be able to adjust the equaliser in more than just 3 bands, and should have less lag when streaming specially when starting to stream. I don’t know if this has to to with the hearing aids, the App or iPhone but even when I turn off the streaming it still streams and is totally unreliable!!!

I have used this app and enjoyed it for several years… works great. Now the aids won’t connect to my phone. A fix is needed… quickly

The battery life function is useless. The app indicates full battery power right up until the batteries go dead.

Part of what you pay for when you buy a pair of widex hearing aids is the app. And as you can see from the responses to the app it’s a waste of time and money. Half the time my aids don’t connect at all with the app.

All the complaints in these reviews are true. I like many things about the hearing aids but can’t use the app for navigating as others say. And why have the option of creating programs if the aids revert to default after a few minutes? I’ve used Widex for years but these problems make me question even considering them when I need a new pair. Disappointing for $5,000 hearing aids.

I updated to newest iPhone and lost control of app The hearing aid works on Bluetooth on phone calls Sound is no longer available on video or iTunes. The iphone locates the aid when doing the above but no sound comes through When activating the app it no longer holds the selection I need to reset the app every time I use it I called and support did not help just said to do things that I normally do such as pairing deleting the app and restoring. No help All just since I updated
