Hello, for those having issues connecting their device to the app. You need to make sure tagt whatever region you selected to setup your roiter should be the same as the region you selected in app. Just to the setting of app and change region if it does not match you region you selected during your router setup online. The app can detect my router in pairing mode. It prompts me to set up the device however even after setting up the device, the router still won’t show under my devices list. What a horrible app

No option to repeat my 5Ghz network. Only 2.4Ghz showing.

Xiaomi please do not market your products internationally if you cannot give an English version instructions of your product it become useless I should have not purchased this rubbish useless router waste of time and money. Looking for -5 ⭐️ but can’t find it!

you can change after you set it up.

U need to be a lil bit tech savvy when using this app. I’m using a 6s+ to my Xiomi router and it works perfectly fine. I was able to change the router’s name and password. I can also track the devices that are connected. U just need to switch the region to Chinese Mainland and create an account/sign in to ur account.
