I bought this app in hopes that it could hele in my practice on the fly. I haven’t been able to log in since purchasing the app, and my emails for help have gone unanswered. Medscape is a much better version of what they have attempted here, and it is free., so don’t waste your time here.

Can’t update library!

Great app, use it on a daily basis. Wish list would be enabling portrait mode (especially for iPad) and changing font size

Great bit of work. Concise, up to date, relevant. Gets more comprehensive by the day.

Unfortunately I have had a number of problems with this application functioning on my iPad, even after an update for iPad function. The layout specifically. It seems discordant with the orientation of my iPad regardless of how I reposition or reload. But the content is concise and organized.

The app is great, it has lots of great info and pearls for EM. However the only issue I have with it is how it updates. When you open the app it updates itself automatically, which can result in the app freezing or not allowing use simultaneously while updating, which is difficult if using it while at work to look something up when you have a question about a topic. It would be nice if it just updated through the App Store like most other apps do.

Setup was bumpy but support was super fast to offer suggestions to get the interface working. Looks good now and likely if not buggy, will be great on shift. Web resource great for teaching, app is a great idea.
