Took a month and now it’s showing it’s cancelled? WTH!So then why make the show if placing order🙄

1.Don’t get oder in time 2 . Don’t get cancellations in time 3. Don’t get any refund 4 .don’t get any proper response There 4-5 working with worst skills and knowledge. Cheating costumers . Public should keep ban on this company.

There is no customer support option in application. My order was cancelled by wildcraft.

I ordered a product from Wildcraft's App. After 2 days I called customer care where I was informed that the order is canceled from their end and I have to wait for 5 - 7 days to get my refund. 1. Cancelled from their end because of failed quality check - Why is the products on App when the product is not tested for quality? 2. I have to wait for 5-7 days for refund when error is not from my end, and 2 - 3 more days to order another product and receive it. 3. No order update emails, I am awaiting for my delivery like a fool. Just randomly called customer care and came to know that I was never going to recieve any product.

Good app to buy outdoor related goods

App has below issues. - Unable to maintain login session, after few mins app automatically forgets the login and I have to login again and again - Payment issues. After finishing payment in another UPI app, the order screen is stuck and unable to process the order - App is not working in dark mode. Most of the textfields’ placeholder are not showing in dark mode. Please fix above issues asap.

This app should be banned by Apple for not functioning properly...

On 13.01.23 my order for viroshield masks was cancelled by the company, probably there was not stock. Out of the order for six masks refund pertaining to one mask only was refunded. Balance not. So many times raised the issue, but only standard reply and refund still not issued. In new interface order history has disappeared

They have delivery available but no reverse pick up shame on you woodcraft not expected from you guys .
