Wildfulness: Meditate & Relax

From the reviews, I’m glad I haven’t updated the app, and have no music. Do the developers not understand that in the real ‘Wilderness’ there is no background music?! What a terrible idea.

I use this app infrequently when I have trouble sleeping. The addition of music a while ago has now ruined it. I cannot relax to synthetic music when I’m supposed to be transporting my mind to the peace of the wild. Please add a toggle option for those that would like to choose. Thanks so much.

i appreciate some people might like it but the music has ruined the apps for me could u make an option to turn it off?

Great app, however it would be great if the music was able to be turned on/off at will.

I love this app and have used it to fall asleep for many months maybe even years by this point. I particularly love the thunder noises they help me fall asleep when my thoughts are too busy for sleep. However the new added music means that the sound no longer works for me. I wish there was a setting to turn the music off and just have the sound on. For some this music might help but for me it’s too high pitched and I can no longer tune out. I hope you can work on making the music optional.

I loved this app until you added the annoying background music.

Why can’t I turn of the music? Where did the little bird go? I don’t need this for meditation - I did like the nature sounds. That’s enough, that’s what I paid for. Really disappointed.

Hi guys love this app. I personally have a huge problem with insomnia and your app helps me a lot with this problem and general stress. I enjoy the update that added music. One thing suggestion. I would love for the music to stay but could you add a feature that would allow us to toggle music on/off? In some cases I think music is great but for someone that lives in a city with hardly any access to nature it would be nice just to have those sounds too. Thank you and keep being great! 🙌🏼

Congratulations You have ruined a phenomenal app. The beauty, integrity and power of clean nature sounds has been muddied by music. The music dulls the natural sounds and certainly obscures the distant calls of birds on the soundtrack and the dripping of rain water. You have made the same mistake the movie makers perpetrate, that of allowing the music to kill the dialogue or in this case the original sound. Admittedly not as bad as the movies but bad enough to ruin a beautiful app. When I first noticed the music I thought that somehow an iTune track was playing. In your next version can you add a switch where the music can be switched off. Until then I am afraid that my favourite app will not be listened to. Bev Usher. A disappointed person. Alternatively could the original app be made available again?
