WILDLIFE CAM

This app worked once for me. It’s worked hit or miss for my husband on his phone. It makes our camera unusable. Too bad I had to pick 1 star.

The WiFi on the CEYOMUR 4K trail camera is for checking the field of view when you are next to and framing your pictures. the broadcast distance is only about 34 feet. If you try to connect beyond that distance it will take longer or fail outright. The app functions quite well. One should use a usb C cable to transfer photos from the camera chip to a iPhone or PC. the format of the card itself is not PC compatible. So far, great camera and a good ap.

I’ve been using these cameras in multiple locations on my 100+ acres. They were working decently (not perfect) until the last update. Now, I go to any camera and I view images that are cached in the application from the last camera. This is absolutely worthless at this point… I can’t view anything from the cameras due to cache issues.

The thumbnail never represents the actual video. So frustrating. You can reformat the card and the old thumbnails show up in the new videos. Get this fixed ASAP!

Files are no longer accessible since the recent update. After choosing video or photo file, just get a spinning wheel. Unusable until resolved.

You guys really need to let us go below 10 seconds on the PIR interval. The app says you can go down to 1 but errors out on anything under 10.

Just doesn’t work correctly. Nothing more to add.

I've had this cam for about a month, it's fine. But the app is terrible. It will work okay for a few days and then will start a cycle of crashing every time I connect to the camera. It's so annoying.

Crashing

Mine quit working just after one year. I have reset it multiple times reloaded the app, and done everything I can do with a cheap electronic device. Don’t waste your money on this camera.
