The app has good effects when you enter the app, and everything else is absolutely beautiful, plus the card customization. You may be the worst team, but you guys made the most perfect app I’ve used.

I’ve been trying to load the app. And I missed out on the “badge” last race weekend because the app never loads. Doesn’t matter where I am or what internet I’m using…. The app never loads. I’m trying to collect all the badges and do all the things but it never loads. 🤷‍♀️

I miss the old interface where if I clicked on the timer, it would give me a list of all the events in my timezone. Pls add it back!

Love the app. I have been a Williams fan since my youth, as well as McLaren. Top jot organizations!

I’m not too fond of this app. The developers really messed this up. I get logged out all the time. When I follow a link from my email, it never connects to my account. How can we collect badges and engage with the team if the app is so flawed?

This app is kind of silly, in the app there are ads to download the app. I think that sums it up pretty well. I’d argue that the most fun part is the pitwall predictions, and the most useful is the race radio transcriptions (I look forward to both every race week). The videos are nice, but they’re all crammed on one page with upcoming race information, while the store has a whole tab on the bottom (which makes really no sense, when you assume fans are ordering once or twice throughout the whole season). I’d honestly volunteer to give user experience feedback at this point. Love Williams, they’ve got an alright app, but it could be better

Informative, user friendly, interactive, are just a few of the words I’d use to describe the Williams app. I use it regularly to keep up with everything related to the team and upcoming races. I’ve purchased merchandise directly as well. Looking forward to the new partnership with Puma for 2024 and another successful season on and off the track.
