Not even 90 days of using this expensive product both pumps are defective. My newborn son just turned two months old last week and first my Right side pump stopped working all of the sudden. The milk was not going to the bag and leaking. After receiving the replacement pump that also started to have issues itself not even two days of using it. The Left side also is not working and waiting for ANOTHER replacement. I called 3 times in two weeks to make sure the Willow Costumer Care helps but they could only offer me replacements parts.. I’m so disappointed at this point that can’t pump and feed my baby boy. For the price and service IS NOT worth the investment.

We need the willow360/3.0 app back. This one is TERRIBLE. My pumps wont connect. Well, one does, the other one does not. Everything was GREAT when the other app was available. This one is absolute garbage.

The pump keeps pumping and tracking ounces on the app that aren’t actually in the container. It’s frustrating to think you have 4 oz. Because that’s what the app tells you and then you look and there is 0 oz.

when the pumps work, it’s a wonderful convenience. unfortunately i’ve only had a 50% success rate. often just no milk collected on one side. difficult to figure out proper bra fitting.

It is extremely slow to connect. My Elvie stride was so much quicker. Also after one session if you restart it within a certain amount of time the timer will continue from 25 min and doesn’t zero it out. Why? It doesn’t remember my settings. If you turn it back to stimulation to get more let downs, it doesn’t change back to pumping automatically after 2 min as it does when you start it up. Why? I need to pay attention to it and often forgot as I’m doing things.

I’v used the Willow Go for seven months. It’s great to use while at work. It take more time to clean than pump for me.

Very disappointed that my pumps will not pair despite having both charged and disconnected from Previously paired devices. The app and pumps have been a total waste.

It’s expensive and the products are continuously faulty. I haven’t had the products for long and I believe since I use the dishwasher it causes the smallest magnet on the back of the containers to perhaps melt the plastic around it which I believe is what causes the pump to malfunction or sometimes not work at all. There are times when the pump gets stuck and has to be reset multiple times for it to work. This started about a month in. For the price I expect the mishaps to be every once in a while but not as often as they happen. When the pumps fill up to their max line limit and I try the flip to finish it has spilled out and I’ve lost well over an ounce of my precious liquid gold. This has happened on multiple occasions. I’m an engineer so based on my professional background the products are being sold as if they’re top shelf and they really aren’t. Were paying for the fancy marketing and boxes which look nice don’t get me wrong but the product itself should be the real winner here. They’ve also split up the replacement parts to where you can’t just buy a whole separate container but instead purchase piece by piece which makes no sense to me. If you want an extra set of containers expect to spend an extra hundred bucks. And you’ll need to because the parts start needing to be replaced within a month or so. It’s also very hard plastic so not very environmentally friendly to be having to replace them in such a short period of time. Then there is the carrying case, thermos, etc., all of which are also pricey. There are design tweaks that need to be made to bring this product to higher quality to meet their standards. Overall the product is ok in my opinion.

I had the willow 360 pump my first pregnancy. I didn’t have issues from the app. The willow go app is awful in comparison. It takes forever to sync to the pumps if it’s able to sync. I’m constantly closing and reopening the app to reset it.

For the pumps being so freaking expensive, the app is TRASH! The pumps, even sitting right by the phone, hardly ever stay connected!! It’s a nightmare and doesn’t make for a good experience! it’s constantly disconnecting and reconnecting; it does it so much it’s hard to use the app to control the pumps! It’s so annoying!
