App is unusable
This is the opposite of secure. Making us type the password makes us succeptible to a keystroke logger and choosing a less complex password. Letting us paste a PW removes both of the above issues. Thanks
Awful experience at a LPC managed property. They don’t care about individual properties, they’re a huge company out to make as much money as possible. You’re nothing to them.
The new update doesn't allow you to close the text box. The new set up is terrible and you can't use half of the features
The app was only barely functional to begin with and this latest update ruined that. The UI stuff is awful. Function over form please. Please fix it.
The app Tries to open and auto closes. Terrible app. Doesnt work well on iphone. Messages dont load correctly.
This app is garbage. It feels like it was developed by an intern. For months my guest registrant stopped working so there’s no way to inform the desk via app. Literally the thing I needed to do the most with this app. It freezes, closes out. We have to use it because of the building but boy is this trash
Please keep the door system. It is super convenient for deliveries and guests. It was one of the deciding factors leading me to stay at this place, vs another property.

Terrible customer service - we’ve only asked her for help only a few times with picking up our packages however she is incredibly rude. She claims that she is so busy and never attempts to provide any real customer service, she puts off our requests and tells us to wait for someone else or to address the issues ourselves. She seems to be so unhappy with any of minor issues that we have brought up. Unbelievable to be experiencing such terrible service given this is a luxury apartment living. Please train your staff to be mindful and to treat everyone with respect.
