I’ve been using this app for over 4 years and it has been life changing for me. If you’re looking to challenge yourself - Wilma is your app. If you’re wanting variety in your workouts but a space that will help you stay consistent- Wilma is your app. If you’re looking for a trainer who motivates you in kind an body positive ways - Wilma is your app.
I could go on and on but Wilma has been with me through many stages of my life; pregnancies, postpartum, cross training when I ran a marathon, and it has been exactly what I needed in every stage. After a strained relationship with exercise I found a place where I could fall in love with movement all over again.

I love using the Wilma app! I love they everything is laid out for me every week so I don’t have to think about it as a busy mom, and I love that Meg is so encouraging and inclusive to everyone and wherever they are on their health journey. It was so helpful during pregnancy and postpartum!

This is my second review for Wilma, because I’m just so grateful. I haven’t felt this good in my body since playing high school sports and it’s all thanks to Wilma. Meg focuses on being strong for YOU and no one else. I love that she is your cheerleader. I feel like we are friends because of the home workouts even though we’ve never met. I love how her workouts make me feel and makes me want to be better in all aspects. This program is pure light and makes you feel no shame, guilt, or comparison. I love how Meg doesn’t focus on what your body will look like but how it FEELS!! Love forever.
