The only problem was the delay of the extra pin !!Yesterday l couldn’t sign in today I little better after 3 attempts to getting extra pin ,thanks anyway!

I find everything I need to do and it’s all is English. Thank you for making our life easy and feeling secure.

Very, very disappointed, cannot access this app. Never get anywhere with calling. Can not get to bank as living in Australia. As I can see we are not the only people having trouble.

Living in Australia our parents have been banking with you for close to 20 years. We rely on internet banking so my father can access his Greek bank accounts. Every 6 months we comply and update our passwords to access secure internet banking with Winbank/Piraeus Bank. Since you updated the secure pin code access via a registered mobile number it has been an utterly dismal process for international customers to actually gain access to our personal banking accounts. Your customer service staff entered the registered mobile number INCORRECTLY and our parents have not been able to view their bank accounts online since early 2019! We have made repeated international call attempts and absolutely no one has been able to help us to rectify this problem and all we are told is that our parents have to go to a branch personally! NO We live in Australia! we cannot just go into a branch. Since the error was made by your staff all we want is to update the mobile number so our parents can gain access to their bank accounts online and go about their business as usual. There must be another solution to this issue and from what I can see and have been told we are not the only ones with this problem! Get your act together! Who can help us ??

Το e-banking μου λέει ότι πρέπει να αλλάξω πάλι κωδικό. Αλλάζω τον κωδικό μου λέει κάνε log-in στο app για να πατήσω αποδοχή στο notification. Πάω να κάνω log-in στο app, μου λέει πρέπει να αλλάξεις pin. Πάω να αλλάξω pin μου λέει σου στείλαμε extrapin για επιβεβαίωση. Ζω μόνιμα στο εξωτερικό επομένως το extrapin δεν έρχετε. Μου λένε για να αλλάξεις κινητό πρέπει να συνδεθείς στο e-banking... Για λόγους ασφαλείας λοιπόν πρέπει να ταξιδέψω από την Αυστραλία στην Ελλάδα γιατί η Πειραιώς δεν θέλει να με αφήσει να συνδεθώ πουθενά με τους κωδικούς μου. Εξαιρετική δουλειά!

Ότι χειρότερο σε ελληνική online πληρωμή δεν δέχεται ούτε τους κωδικούς ιμπανκ φτιάξτε το

Αυτή η εφαρμογή μου αρέσει πάρα πολύ και με βολεύει έκανα την καινούργια γιατί λέει ότι θα λήξει η παλιά είναι πολύ μπερδεμένη δυσκολεύομαι να κάνω πληρωμές γιατί δεν έχει φιλική κωδικό που το βρίσκεις εύκολα φιλικές ονομασίες και επίσης τώρα δύο μέρες η σελίδα καινούργια δεν ανοίγει
