Wine Cellar Database allows you to customize your wine cellar with total flexibility. Choose from a selection of hundreds of thousands of wines online or load it from your own spreadsheet files or Cellar Tracker. Updated for new iPhone and iPad sizes.
-- This app gives 10 free spaces for 10 unique wines. You purchase extra spaces based on the size of your wine cellar after the initial 10 spaces.

Online search:
-Search from hundreds of thousands of wines online.
-Recommendations from critics and consumers.
Flexibility and Freedom:
-Rearrange, rename and create your own wine categories.
-Sort your cellar by vintage or name in ascending or descending order
-Duplicate wines.
-Search wines multiple filters e.g.( Red wines + wines made in France).
-Arrange cellar row information how they are arranged and shown. e.g. location, row number, vintage, etc.
Photos:
-Add infinite number of photos to a single wine at any resolution.
-Pinch and zoom all your photos in full screen mode.
International Support:
-Auto detects your currency, and allows currency changes.
-Text support for all languages and special characters.
Transfer:
-Dropbox transfer between iPhones and iPads .
-Import and export wines to and from your spreadsheet files created by Excel or from wine website like Cellar tracker.
Statistics:
-Real time calculation of all bottles and total valuation of your cellar.
-In any category there is a break down of the wines according to the values in the category. (Eg. "current market value" will break down the wines according to the prices).
Purchases Permanent:
-In-app purchases bought on any iPad or iPhone are available for your other iPads or iPhones when you install this app on them.

Scam beware!

I started using this app a few days ago as I thought it looked good and had nice features. However, upon paying for 100 places (extended storage) I never received what I paid for! Obviously the 2CHF was deducted already. There is no support I could contact about this nor there is any contact information! It is a scam and should be removed from the app store.

No scanning function

Great concept, looks user friendly but honestly most wine cellar apps have a scanning function to recognize wines. Here you have to do all the work.

A good start to manage a wine cellar

Definitively the app is on the right way, it allows to get a good overview about all wines I have in store and/ or I have tried. For the later it is particularly helpful to add comments and give an overall score that will allows me later either to look for or avoid depending on my experience. Of course all kind of information regarding production and tadte can be entered in a long lust of fields. In the background there is a database available which can enable either search of wines and easier enter of information into the own wine cellar list. Unfortunately not all wines are in as not all growing areas and producers. Information could as well be more complete for those which are in the database.

Very nice and easy to use app for anyone who holds a wine cellar. Some inputs are, however, still unfinished and are a bit hard to add in. More scrolldown menus please!

Defunct product with zero support

This WAS a very useful app. It no longer works with newer iOS updates on my iPhone. Tech support is non-existent.

Used to be great, now appears to be unsupported

I loved this app, other than the limited picture storage but oh well. I dumped a ton of time into building out my cellar and documenting it here but when I went to buy more space it wouldn’t add. They were happy enough to take my money though. Guess I am moving on.

Out of business?

Can’t link to my Dropbox database, no help from email link on app, and app help from the App Store links to expired domain. Looks like I’ll need to use a new app and re-enter a ton of ton, plus no history.

No service

App worked great for a couple years. Then few months ago when I went to upload newest file to my iPhones, it defaulted to a may 2020 version. The Dropbox preview shows 11/21 but won’t download that version. I reached out to tech support but no response x 2. Also the internet search option no longer works. It seems this app has been abandoned by it’s makers.

Lookup of Wines Does Not Work

This app used to look up wines via the internet when you typed in a name and filled in that info for you. Now the lookup no longer works and you have to enter everything manually. Not nearly as useful as it used to be when I first bought the app.
