A great app that’s simple to read and exciting to use. The app really allows you to explore new wines

They advertise as if they offer huge discounts on top wine but most of them are either not discounted or are more expensive than both the retailer and the producer. Clever way to get money out of people, but this is a scam so be careful with their happy “we’re helping you” adverts. For reference they had a bottle of Chapel down sparking for £30, a bottle in Sainsbury’s at the same time was £25. On the chapel down website it was around the same price. Likewise with a brand of rose they had. It was cheaper at Sainsbury’s than it was on their app. DO NOT USE THIS APP, it is a scam.

I bought one bottle from here, two days later they charged me £90, didnt ask me or let me know, i woke up and bam 90 down the drain. Dont get this app they will take your money.

Great prices on good selection of wines

I downloaded the app but only got as far as that. I did not complete signing up. I received several prompts to complete signing up but ignored as we do not drink enough wine to warrant the £119 fee. Well despite not signing up to the terms and conditions and not completing registration I have been billed the £119 today. The company says I need to complete signing up to cancel. But that means I’ll agree to the terms and conditions and won’t be able to take my case further. Total scam. Do not do it

Was particularly impressed by the declassified Bordeaux that was a treat at Christmas- neither the Pauillac nor the St Emilion tasted like 25-30 pound bottles and the other wines tried were enjoyable and good value. I might not buy enough to get the best value out of my 90 pounds joining fee but quality and value are genuine.

Very pleased, easy to use and save a good chunk on some nice wines

I LOVE Winedrops. A wonderful choice of exceptional wines with detailed tasting notes and great prices. I can sample wines that I couldn’t afford before. Terrific idea that you can choose wines whenever good deals are available and save them in your virtual cellar until you’re ready for delivery. This helps spread the cost too.
