Despicable
By far the WORST AIRLINE IN THE WORLD. I used Wingo twice. The first time online checkin didn’t work and they made ma wait long and pay 20US$ at the airport. I payed but some bulky American threatened the staff and hence didn’t have to pay. Next flight same story. Only that I was robbed in Bogotà and hence had no cash whatsoever (and they wouldn’t accept apple pay). Not only did they refuse to acknowledge that the fault is entirely theirs but they also wouldn’t give me (as a woman) the same treatment as the American had received. They did not care if I missed my flight back home because I couldn’t pay a lousy 20US$ FRAUD. A disaster. I’m trying to press charges and get my money back. Wish me luck.
