I have this in my iPhone 14 pro max. Says oops…no connection when trying to hear bird sounds. My wife’s app works perfectly on her android phone. It isn’t an internet issue either, as I turned that off to make sure. I also uninstalled and reinstalled it with the same result. Is there a fix coming for this? I noticed someone else on their review with the exact same issue. Would love to rate it better but it just doesn’t work.

I have an iPhone and my husband has a Samsung. The app works incredibly well on his phone, flawlessly! On my iPhone however, the app launches fine and then when I scan a card it instantly says “oops no connection” and acts like there is not internet connectivity. I’m not sure why it’s doing this after ensuring all permissions were set correctly and all troubleshooting on my end done and it still wouldn’t work. Any idea if this has happened before or how to fix it? All other connectivity apps work fine.

iPhone 12 Pro. iOS 16.5.1 I tap the icon on my Home Screen to open the app. The app splash image displays for a split second, then disappears. I’ve not been successful in getting the app to open.
