they took over and hour and the delivery status did not change

The app doesn’t open for me anymore because of the amount of loyalty points I have. It doesn’t open not because of the app itself, but my personal account. Wingstop doesn’t want me to use loyalty points, so I think my account is deactivated hence why I can’t access it.

I ordered using the app as they are having a promotion. The App is hanging, food never came and I’m still waiting and it’s ordered more than an hour 5 minutes ago. No one followed up. Had to call them several times to know the order status and then they told me that they don’t have a driver and the food is ready for the past 20 minutes. Very bad overall experience. They promised that they will do a new order and send the food. I’ll let you know if the food is fresh when it comes. Very bad experience. Keep ordering from food aggregators.

Didn’t get the honey mustard sauce

One of the worst apps I have ever used. It doesn’t work during checkout keeps saying verify account even though I have 100 times and very inconsistent and difficult to use.

This was quite literally the worst application I’ve ever used. There were so many issues with the app and it kept crashing, it kept asking me to verify my account without giving me any link or anything to verify it. Every time I tried ordering within the same few minutes it would forget my delivery address, I had to type it in 5 times. The 50% offer that’s always advertised everywhere is bull, it doesn’t exist at all. When I want to check my delivery status it crashes every single time. The user experience is awful, even to make an account with the app took me a whole 20 minutes of frustration. I think I honestly got high blood pressure from just trying to order from this app… Seriously disappointing how little they care about these details, I’ve used this app a year ago and I’ve had the same experience! Nothing changed.

Got completely the wrong order, right receipt (#79) is what I ordered, left receipt (#80) was what I got. The order I received was a lot cheaper than what I spent. I ordered on the wingstop app, once the order was placed I couldn’t go into the order to see how far the delivery is - the page loads and kicks me out of the app each time I try. Does the same thing once the order was delivered too, so I can’t even ask about my incorrect order. Their phone number online doesn’t work either
