I love the idea of the app, but lately it does not work. I use the shopping list routinely, as I like to know what isles products are on. I uncheck all items that I want to buy, and stroll through the store checking as I get the items. However recently, I uncheck the items I want to buy before going to the store and when I open the app at the store, everything is checked again, effectively deleting my shopping list. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app, but issue continues.

You would think you could be able to AT LEAST log in to the app. Welp you’d be wrong. For almost a month I’ve been trying to log in to the app. I can’t access coupons, points or anything! Please fix this issue ASAP.

app continually malfunctions but love the store !

Can’t do anything with the app without creating an account. I don’t want an account. I just want to search the store I’m in for inventory location. UPDATE:Received the response below from the developer, but apparently they didn’t bother to read my comment or understand my issue with their app. My issue is that I don’t want to have to sign in or create an account to use the app. I don’t have a Winn Dixie anywhere near where I live. I only use it when I’m visiting family, so I don’t want to create an account when I only use the store a couple of times a year. Winn Dixie is conveniently located for my family, but it is easier for me to drive a few miles further down the road to use Publix instead. ☹️👎🏼 To spell it out for the developer, make the app accessible without an account. 👍🏻

Every grocery app I’ve used is easy to navigate and find things. This app is extremely difficult to use. I was frustrated within minutes and just went back to using the Publix delivery app instead. Searching is difficult because it doesn’t return the proper results. I can’t just search categories. I looked for a brand for too long. I can’t search other related products after looking at a product…. It’s supposed to save me time and instead It wastes more time .

This app is now completely useless!!! I now have to create an account or log in just to view store products and availability!! I don’t have to do that with Walmart or Publix! Dev. Response is typical of a company that doesn’t actually care to read or understand the problem! Of course the app is up to date! That’s not the issue!! DO BETTER!!

Geez! Read your blasted reviews and get with 2024 and fix this stupid app! I’m very tech savvy and I’ve fumbled with this app for half an hour and finally found where to actually order groceries. Then when I set my location, it keeps telling me pick up is not available at this location, and wants me to try delivery instead. I’ve tried four times now to add an item to my cart and it keeps telling me pickup is not available even though I’ve selected delivery. This app is NOT a user friendly at all and that’s why I spent $300 at WalMart and Publix instead of Winn Dixie. There is no good reason for this. Get with the program folks!

The best thing for me WAS the ad preview one day before the new weekly sale starts. Sadly this had not been available for many weeks in a row now. Publix still offers this! This USED to be an advertised advantage of getting the app. Sad!

I cannot log into the app at all on my phone. The login page will not load. It only shows the advertisement continuously.
