First experience - spotless.

When we start the app, after face id verification it takes a minimum 40 seconds to reach to home screen of wio which is alot of time. I am using 15 pro on a Du 5G network, so i am sure it is something with the app. Rest otherwise great app and UI/UX.

First of all, you are amazing. Creating debit card within 5 minutes and then immediately getting 5% per year is WOW. Credit card with a few taps WOW x 2. Virtual cards - WOW x 3. I just have a couple requests as a budgeting nerd: 1. Allow changing category. It is not always accurate. Especially if you buy different things at Amazon 2. Allow downloading transactions history. I want analyze it myself Thank you & all the best 🙌

The worst customer service ever They dont respond to your messages , they dont have office this is so horrible

I think your lastest version just 2 hours ago has one bug which is preventing me to transfer as it says I am exceeding my max withdrawal limit even I have so much limit left yet as per app message

It was working fine until they block my card, i cannot withdraw money out of my account. Error pop up everytime when i tried to send even small amount out of my account, they freeze my debit card, 6900 AED they stole from me and never give back till now

Never open an account with this bank they will just simply close your money in your account and you can’t withdraw be aware they are just like a scam

The application does not allow to login 5 of 6 tries. The loader screen just stays there for 10-30 seconds and nothing.. Staying in a line at mall in a need of limits changing. It lets me down …

Could you please add option to save bank statement in CSV same way it is done in WIO Business. App lacks this feature for checking your past month transactions in processable format. Pdf is not convenient if you have multiple transactions.

The bank offers the creation of Virtual Cards, ideal for online shopping. Additionally, when trading in the UAE stock market, I receive funds immediately, unlike other banks that take 2-3 days. Another benefit is the 2% cashback feature. However, they haven't been able to fix my DFM investor number.
