Hi ! I am giving a one star rating to the app as family sharing which is an important feature is giving an error “The users you invite belongs to different Data Centers, and for reasons of data protection policies, you can’t share devices”. Tried searching over internet for a possible resolution but no explanation is provided. All the users are in India.

What is this app i dnt understand. It doesnt work in internet. U need wifi that too a dedicated one. If its not that user friendly it shouldn’t even be advertised. Wipro plz fix urself. Such a waste of money to invest in ur company.

Need an update for app , glitchy right now. Used to be good. Can you guys send patches n bug fixes with an update ?

It was painful to add the bulbs to app and somehow make it to work. Now, one fine day, the app logged me out and deleted all the connections and data. Now I am having a tough time adding it back. The bulb never flickers for pairing and that’s a requirement!

I am getting an error while trying to join home. It says invalid code however I have tried multiple times.

It’s one of the most annoying apps I have ever came across. I tried connecting one light which got connected but now it is not connecting any other devices at all. Everytime after following all the correct process it fails to connect. Very very annoying.

I purchased a wipro smart socket and within three months, it stopped working. I reached out to Customer Care and they arranged a pick up for my faulty device. It’s been more than 20 days, but there is no response from the service team. When I try to reach them, they do not pick up the calls, nor the answer on WhatsApp, my device is with them now. Neither they are repairing it. Nor, they are replacing it . think twice, If you’re buying any stuff from Wipro , they don’t have service centre.

App showing as API error and cant able to access the cctv please fix the issue asap.

The power on/off buttons randomly disappear and instead a question mark starts getting displayed. The functionality remains unaffected but visually it looks odd.

It would helpful to turn on and off from widgets
