Customer service and support a big FAIL
Great idea. Good functionality. I am using Temp / Humidity as well as Soil moisture sensors. The customer service and support desk (zendesk and emails) completely ignore any enquiry. This is very disappointing. I enquired about being the distributor for my region. Ignored. I noticed a CEO from France asked the same. Ignored. Best support if you need help is Google Forums for wirelesstag. With Wirelesstag you’re on your own. 😢
