App been slow and now can't even log in or reset password...sure won't buy any wisenet camera systems or their other products no more...need a zero star option!

Tried to email customer service repeatedly like they say to do and there is no response. We’ve been having issues with one of the cameras and have been trying to delete footage

I’ve had this system do about 5 years, worked great until a couple months ago. I can not see cameras through the mobile app, I’ve tried everything to restore it nothing has worked. When I call for help from customer service no help what so every other than telling me to do what I’ve told them I’ve already done. Would not recommend this protect.

Never works when you need it

This app is crap. It never works at all. I regret purchasing this system believing it would work as advertised. Very regrettable. Don’t spend a penny on this unless you want to glue yourself to tv screens and watch the whole day.

I am throwing the system in the trash ! And buying something else.

Cometí la estupidez de cambiar mis cámaras Dahua por esta basura que se desconfiguran, lo único que quieren hacer después ve vender sus cámaras que son más caras, te quieren vender el espacio en la nube. Si sistema de reproducción desde el teléfono es BASURA, no adelanta, no reproduce a mayor velocidad

If you like to check cameras from your phone through the mobile app then it’s a complete waste the app is trash and does not work at all.

Cameras are good but the app is useless. Not real live motion events and not way to change the accuracy settings, if you want to see a specific motion event you have to watch the entire hour, only works for single users.

This is ashame that you want answers the phone for your customers to fix the problem. My cameras want let you view them from your phone it keep saying you are offline! Answer the phone to help your customer
