I don’t care what the reviews are this is a nice app, but will it ever be available for Apple Watch?

This app has never been great, but after re-downloading it for the first time in several years I am now unable to put in the password to open the camera. The text box opens but it will not allow me to type in more than 6 characters, but the password must have a minimum of 10 characters. My password was 10 characters, but as I’m typing it in, the text box stops allowing entry at 6 characters. I am unable to log in to my camera to view it / use it.

Wasted 40 minutes using this terrible clunky app and getting booted back to the beginning everytime something didn’t work until it stopped working entirely.

Setup is supposed to publish DIRRECT-CAM-XXXX for my iPhone to connect to but it did not so I could not setup my camera.

Always been reporting the status Led light on the camera and have yet to do something about it. Every time their is an update it changes your settings. I have been turning off the led status light for more than a year and still does the same. The light will be off for a week or two then it turns back on. Poor communication when calling.

I cannot believe that Samsung security cameras they don’t have any app to working smoothly and you can do recording setup and everything

The system gives me a message that says: Failed to play due to concurrent access or network instability. Please check the network status of your camera and terminal. So essentially if I am away from home and someone tries to break in I have no way to view the view at that time. What is the issue here?

Works for me so far, records and playsback as it should, no complaints as of now

ENGINEERS OF THIS APP, PLS FIX THIS ISSUE: when I’m watching my camera, during instances where the camera freezes, it will make this LOUD and scary bdbxjeskjd sound. Don’t know how to explain it but it’s the worst noise I’ve heard on my phone that when I heard it for the first time, I thought my phone was about to explode. I noticed it happens only when my camera freezes and it tries to catch up to the live stream.

Im trying this new orange app now, since the smart cam stopped working a month ago. It cannot connect to the cam even though the wifi shows full bars. The old blue app connects to camera but not to server. like always when they tried to improve it. Maybe I should add that my camera never had any app that mentioned compatibility with it, but still worked for years. SNH-E6413BN . And:it works with a cable, but not wifi. cam is now trash.
