And I hate that I’m forced to use it. It crashes back to my phone screen every second time I open it, it gives me login errors, and how many times do I have to push a button to top up my child’s account? It should be one push to choose an amount, one push to confirm, one push to choose a saved card, input security code and one push to confirm. Why am I agreeing to terms each time I top up? Simplify the damned thing and make it more user friendly. Also maybe update it every now and then to fix these issues because they’re not going away by themselves. Seems like it was created by a chimp.

Each time its shows wrong password and cant found account. Absolutely nightmare…

This app is the worst I have ever used!! When is it going to be updated and refined? It doesn’t connect, it gets error messages, you can’t see payments. It leaves children vulnerable with no money at school. It’s a disgrace

Infuriating how badly a app that you have to use regularly can be designed!!! Should be user friendly and most of all quick to use but i dread having to use it!!

Don’t update the app and then forget all my details so that I have to start again. This is not how updates work

My college uses this app and it is truly the worst. Nearly everyone I know have had troubles with logging in, how hard is it to just make this app better?!?

Granted I haven’t actually seen anything past the first screen. Maybe it would be better if I could actually log on.

Why oh why is this App so awful! Text boxes don’t move so I am typing into the unknown - the design is awful and I constantly have to delete and reinstall - do schools actually pay for this!!!
