I was charged for both a 1-month and a 3-month subscription, but only the 1-month plan is active in the app. I already canceled the subscription, but no refund has been processed. This is a duplicate charge. Please check my account and issue a full refund immediately. I’ve also contacted support but received a generic reply. This needs to be resolved properly.
I subscribed to the Wiser app based on your promotional content, expecting access to a wide range of reading materials. However, I was disappointed to find very limited content and canceled the subscription within an hour of purchase. I did not use the app or read any content at all. Although I did not use the free trial, I trusted your promotion and subscribed directly. Please cancel my subscription. Your customer service is sending out automatic reply which is not helpful at all. I have tried cancelling the subscription ended up logging in millions of time. Please cancel all of my subscription.
