War jetzt 3 Woche im Urlaub und habe die Warnung bekommen, dass die Batterien in den Smart Heizkörper Thermostaten leer werden. Als ich heimkam waren die Batterien leer und die Heizkörper sind auf Vollgas gelaufen, Obwohl alle ausgeschalten waren. Kann man das verbessern

Ich bin mit dem System grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden! Einziger wirklicher Nachteil ist der hohe Batterieverschleiß!!

Prinzipiell funktioniert die App ganz gut. Nur wäre es wünschenswert wenn Mann am App auch die Lüftfeuchtigkeit ablesen kann… die Informationen liegen ja alle vor.

When opening the app, the Home Screen frequently fails to display my data. I have to close and restart the app several times before the data appears. This is not the first time I’ve had reliability issues with this app. Drayton’s developers really should do better.

In general, once the app is configured to your heating requirements, (a little fiddly), it’s easy and handy to use. The annoyance Jan2025. The App is up to date, but half the time it freezes on opening, when it does open, the labelled zones are empty, at a glance, you can’t see what’s going on. You can still go into them and control them. Older issue - only liking 2.4 GHz connection, I understand why this is, and have connected them to my router at that frequency. But why does it not connect if my phone is connected to the router at 5GHz, I’m not connecting directly. I’ve had to switch off the 5GHz range to make sure I can connect.

Since the update I keep losing connection to the hub. This has rarely happened in the past, having owned in for five years plus. The WIFI strength to the hub is showing strong on my router, but for some reason connection keeps dropping out. Please assist.

App works fine, when it works, but often I open it and there are no devices on the main page and Insights+ isn’t visible. Also reports lost connection despite having a plug mid-way between the Hub and the furthest TRV. Also now unable to re-order devices on home page, when clicking on “Room Order” all devices vanish until “Done” is clicked on. Would also be really useful to have a two week programme cycle ability. App is just glitchy, which is a shame because if it weren’t, it would be great. Would also be great to hide the “gas” option in Insights+ if you don’t have gas. Also, on the automations options, it would be great to be able to add a duration to each moment, atm it’s a case of remembering to cancel the moment or it runs all day. I believe the app previously had this functionality, certainly the guidance on the website which hasn’t been updated suggests this. Please add this back.

Used to work well, now rarely connects to hub. If they don’t fix soon, I’ll need to change the whole setup. Mac OS desktop is more reliable

Sadly with the move to iOS18 and various app updates, the app regularly loads ‘blank’. It lists all the devices, but there’s no way to see the temperatures or controls without an app close and restart a couple of times. When it works, it’s great, but annoying glitch (18.3, 16 pro, but happened on previous versions of 18 and on my previous 14 pro)

I’ve had the Drayton Wiser system for 2 years now, and I cannot wait to switch to a different one. The app is completely unreliable—it often loads a blank screen, and I have to restart it multiple times just to get it working, which takes 10-15 minutes on average. Switching the heating on has become such a hassle that I now resort to using the TRVs manually. I contacted support about this issue 6 weeks ago, and while they said they’re fixing it, nothing has improved. There’s always one problem after another with this system. It has turned what should be a smart, convenient solution into a frustrating and time-consuming experience. Definitely not recommended.
