I tried logging in with the same info I have on the browser and still won’t let me in
Unable to login on the app. This problem began approximately three weeks ago and was corrected following complaints. It is now reoccurring. An email from Protatech suggested I call support to discuss the problem with them on the phone. I just finished talking to the support team regarding this problem. The suggested solution was for me to log into the website, using the browser on my phone as an alternative to the app. If this is the only solution, please remove the app from the App Store so that others don’t download it, assuming that it will work and is reliable. I feel this was a poor solution to the problem. I have been using the app for three years prior to this problem developing.
I login out and now it won’t let me login to it need to be updated
Can’t log in. Deleted app. Re-installed, per employer direction. Worked to book gig. That was Aug 12, now can’t log in again and when I try to delete and re-install now, it still won’t let me log in. Miss work opportunities. I hate this app.
The app started off great. Last week I tried to book a gig and it didn’t work. I logged out of the app and now it won’t let me log back in. The app needs some serious attention to get things back up and running smoothly. You are reaching out to a younger group for employment now. Very few will continue working for you if the app doesn’t work and allow your employees to book work.
This app need some serious work and is not work ready to help you obtain hours or find work available best bet is to use the website and stay off this app
Every time I open the app it tells me there’s an update available. I click the open option to go to the Apple site, but it always says that it’s not connected to the internet. I’ve tried going to the app option directly and there’s not a button to select for the update. Very frustrating!!!!
I don’t see how Apple can allow this app on their store. It has been non-functional for a long time & still is non-functional. I have had my password reset, have had our tech people try & help me open it, etc. I have not & still cannot open this app. PURE GARBAGE
please keep update this app as soon as possible it is not giving enough information! I can not see the job notes! There is no zoom out ability... there should be a tab to ask questions about the event, if questions are not answered from the information bar!
This App does not show any payroll information/Taxes/Deductions etc etc This app also does not keep user/pass saved stored in cellular device. This app requires major update or just get rid of it.
