Withings Thermo

Al usar la app me llevo con la sorpresa que la UI parece que ni la han terminado o han invertido 2 centavos en realizarla, que fea aplicación, funciona para lo que es pero al ser un gadget de la marca Withings me lleva una mal sorpresa al ver que la experiencia no es muy buena

UPDATE: Still having issues. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and now I can’t sign in. I keep getting a message saying there is a JSON error. So frustrating. We’ve been using the Withings thermometer for almost a year now. I’ve been so happy with how easy it is to keep track of my kids temperatures when they’re sick. However, as of a month or so ago the app has stopped bringing in the temperature readings and I can no longer find the unassigned readings / assign them to a family member. I still get the notifications through my phone and Apple Watch, but they’re not being added to the timelines. I’ve looked in all the settings and can’t find anything. Now that I’ve come here to review I’m even more confused since it seems there hasn’t been an update to the app for several years. Why did this app just stop working if nothing has changed.

Does not allow me to create an account. Does not say why. It says something went wrong. An error occurred (534). Who writes software that displays cryptic error codes? Pathetic.

Was prompted to sign in under last upgrade. Says wrong password. When selecting reset password it gives an error code.

Stopped working…AGAIN!

The correct one is Withings Health Mate. This Thermo one is very much outdated, and will not sync properly to anything.

Sort of tricky difficult to add a new person difficult to change the avatar

I was excited to get this thermometer but the app is horrible. It was a little concerning when I was trying to set up profiles. It keeps telling me something was wrong after the avatar choosing step. So I closed the app and log back in, apparently the error messages was false alarms - I saw multiple family member profiles created because I can’t proceed after the avatar choosing steps. But the most disappointing thing was yet to come. I wanted to check my early temperature taken because it failed to sync with apple health app as it was supposed to. I opened up the app, tapped on the family profile, and the app crashed on my 17.5.1 system. I tried multiple times, and none of the attempts were not crashing. I couldn’t get to my temperature reading no matter how hard I tried. I even restarted my phone. The thermometer is a good product but the smart feature can’t even work for a day. Please fix the bugs and optimize your app.

Nothing like this app. Works so well, keeps everything so accurate and organized!

Device is great when it works which is almost never.
