Drivers: Punctual, Polite and helpful, driving smooth like a butter Car: neat and clean. If you are doubtful about your itinerary timing while arriving or leaving due to natural calamity do let the assign driver/service provider know. Based on my experience they tend to it accordingly. Thank You Kaushal for dropping us NJP just in time. I recommend reserving the Cab when it’s at least two or more travellers for the convenience and hassle free pick and drop comfort.

The car condition is 10/10 the ride was smooth,the driver was kind and all in all the service is superb..and not to forget it's super affordable and u get a free snack too i recommend it 100%

I hope you keep on building to cover the other regions as well. Just as a suggestion please have partner companies to drop co-riders travelling to little far away places from the shuttle drop off points. That will make this amazingly valuable.

Okay, this app and the services they provide is really convenient, with reasonable rates, however I have one complaint. The last seats (5,6) should be made ₹100 cheaper for how inconvenient it is for passengers who are prone to motion sickness. Or you should purchase models that provide a small window in the back seats. It feels absolutely claustrophobic. Also: Please keep NEHU as a drop Off point for Shillong. I live in Mawlai and the nearest stop is way too far , especially in the evenings where getting taxis are near impossible.

What an amazing app to book the cabs, reasonable rates and good driver with good vehicle conditions, even provided us chips packets and juice! Keep up the good work !
