Terrible waste of money I never got sms code, it's simply even worse then free services online

I downloaded this application to obtain a number for my mom’s business and I never got the code to get the WhatsApp business number. I tried twice because the first time I thought it was me the one that was mistaken. When I tried a second time, just before the 5 minutes time limit to get the code, I tried to cancel the transaction because I had not received the code yet, and it didn’t work, so they charged me twice for a product I never got. The worst part is that when I tried to contact them, they told me, and I QUOTE, “hello sandra I need to sleep right now, can we check it tomorrow?” And never answered again. This is not professional and I’m asking for at least an answer.

Don’t buy it even download it’s a scam. They took my 18 dollars and the number does not work and they won’t even refund it. They don’t even have a live support. It’s a big scam and the App Store needs to take it down.
