Lost ALL my progress.. I had 3 winged wolfs and some legendaries and epics (I had normals too) but the game crashed and my acc got deleted. I played it for AGES AND ALL MY PROGRESS IS GONE?

I would like an explanation
Okay, so you are telling me that I have been playing this game for ages and even got to get three fantasy wolves (one of them being a winged wolf) and a companion just so you can delete my account? I would at least like an explanation as to how this is possible. Today just like any other day I opened wolf tales on my phone, but instead of seeing daily rewards pop up like usual I was met with a window asking me to type in player name, yes the same thing like when you are starting for the first time. I didn’t think much of it and just assumed that there was a new feature added that requires login. I typed in my previous name (ArtisticFloofyFox) and clicked confirm, but then I was asked to choose a wolf. I did as I still had some false hope of everything going back to normal after this, of course, nothing. I’m not gonna start over and I’m definitely informing others that this game failed in such way that shouldn’t even be possible, especially not in a game like this. The graphics were good and I would enjoy the game, I was even considering getting the vip one day but than this game failed me. Like I already mentioned I would at least like an explanation for why this happened as I have honestly accepted the fact that you will have no way of getting my account back.

When this game started it was really good game! I love wolves and when I found this game I was soooo happy someone made this diamond between wolf games and wolf simulators, I played it all day.. ..but.. ...I think this update tottaly ruined this game forever. It was a great game. ~Nelly
