The app is great, but could you please bring back the bar graph? Or at least add the possibility to change it. Thanks

There’s always some error and you can’t really use this app other than the real-time order notifications. At least they work fine. Hope they fix the bugs soon because this app can be really handy. UPDATE: Nevermind the issue was on my side. The app works now.

We have contacted technical support 4-5x times as application is Many times reading unreal values from the system DB showing Daily order total value 4,500 and the reality Was 2000€ less. We dont understand Why this is keep happening and it is drastically messing up our statistics. I have asked support 4-5x times, last time They ignore my ticket and my coder ticket, as we could help Them to fix it in their code, But no reply. Terrible support

The app doesn’t work. It keeps saying “Unable to load content”. The only response you get from support are generic advices to uninstall and install the app and reconnect Jetpack - none of these works. There is obviously some underlying problem as there are multiple reviews with the same issue and tons of results on Google. After several emails with the same generic answers, I gave up. You pay for Jetpack and the only thing you get is clueless low level support when trying to use this app - both from Jetpack and dev support email. As a bonus, that useless plugin slows your website by 2-3 seconds, loading tons of useless scripts even after you turned off all their modules. It is beyond my comprehension how can someone develop such a useless combination of things in 2020. My other store runs on Shopify and their app is like 1000 light years ahead. Completely another level.

One of the recent updates has stopped the ability to edit coupons. When you click a coupon, it does nothing. Developer responded and I figured out the issue. Jetpack was not up to date and causing issue. You can reach devs easily by going into the mobile app, settings then help and support and submit a ticket.
