Pathetic service..Its been a month and there is no update on my order. The customer care is not reachable. I have raised multiple tickets on their websites but no proper response. Once you book your product, it is difficult to track the order and consider yourself lucky if the order is delivered on time.

I would NEVER recommend anybody to buy any product from wooden street, you will regret it. I bought a sofa set from this company and got the worst quality one. Their return/replacement policy is pathetic. Their customers service representatives doesn’t listen to us and are so arrogant. They are there just to loot the customers. Just don’t buy from here. You will find many other better places.

App doesnt open in iOS at all even after multiple tries

I don’t even open this app in my Phone , always it crashes as and when I try to open it .

I am having some issue with this app. Can developer of this app fix the issue ? When I am opening this app, it automatically close.

I had placed the order and after that the order was delivered. After that I saw that the glass was broken. The carpenter also came and he said the same thing, I can't do anything. I talked to customer care and he said, we can't do anything.

So the HSR Bangalore sales person committed to us that as soon as our order will be ready it will be dispatched but it was a lie. Until their truck is full they won’t dispatch , waiting for ready product to be dispatched for last 8 days because their truck is not full. The store guy never picked our call post sale. It’s the experience which they sell which unfortunately is bad.

Absolutely pathetic furniture and customer service. I bought sheesham wood study table from wooden street and within 15 months the table is full of termites - I do not understand how can seasoned sheesham wood catch termite so easily. Upon calling their customer service and visiting their store they just shrugged us off saying its not our fault and we do no take ANY warranty of our furniture post 1y. This is crazy - even the local furniture shops give services for 3-5 years. I was a fool to buy all my furniture from woodenstreet, but would never be making a single purchase again, and urge everyone to not fall into their trap of T&Cs.

The app is pretty bad and keeps on crashing. Most of the times not even able to open the app in the first place. Not sure why it’s not being looked into. Even after opening the app, it often gets stuck.

The product was delivered without intimation and the table is Damaged having multiple scratches. It seems no quality check is done before delivery. After various emails and reminders still same AI generated reply is being sent. No calls, none of the representative responded or called .No resolution of the query since a month , neither replacement. I wish I could rate in negative . Poor consumer service . Order id 500191
