Hello All, I bought total 3 item from this app. I’m very disappointed as Two of them ( TV wall Unit and laptop Table) are very low quality and 3rd a wall-watch is ok-ok quality. One more bad things is I’m not able write a review in my order even there is no return or refund option after made a purchase.
Great furniture at reasonable rates
ordered a foot rest. each stool leg is of different width and not in sync. first they will say you can return and attach the defective product photo, then they will say product not returnable , product is very good, you assemble the product via a carpenter and then send video. why would i waste my time in assembling a defective piece. waste of money , time and peace. if a customer says the product is not good then how can you try to talk bullish to the customer that the product is the best and get it fixed . how can you take customers on a ride. please stop your business if you need customer to prove to you that the product is defective, wasnt it visible when the product was manufactured and delivered?
Their product range is good..prices are reasonable.
Then order u cant return and replace ye bhosideke khali paise lut rahe hai or bad product de rahe hai mat lena please
