This app charged me US199.99 for no reason all of a sudden and didn’t match with my subscription record
Useless
It’s pretty useless, seems they offer you a personalised training plan, after filling up the form and paid, it’s mostly basic commands that my dog already knows. Where is the designated training plan?

where to login?
I have purchased on website and download the apps couldnt find abywhere to login to my account, and couldnt find how to change the language.
Scam
Total scam, the subscription following the free trial did not appear in Apple subscriptions and there was no way to prevent it from automatically renewing itself. Emailed support who said have cancelled the subscription for me and that I will not be charged but turns out they already charged me and so no refund could be made. Total scam

I bought a year plan. However I opened the app this morning, I was logged out and also cannot log in again.
Where to login…
I bought a 3 months trail through Facebook ad and receive an email from Woofz, telling me to download the app and login with the same email address. However, I open the app and straight to questions about my dog then to the payment page again. I also tried to find profile and setting page, but no way to find where to login…
Rubbish app
Can't use unless you subscribe (even the free trail 3 days required to subscribe), just don't worth it
