Woolx Merino

I have been living in multiple wool tops. When I wore something else the other night I felt so constricted! The flexible is so comfortable!

I have multiple items that I love from this brand. The app is overall decent but you can’t see or sort all the product reviews, it only shows a selection of five star reviews. To see all reviews or sort them, you have to go to the website. Also I had a gift card that I loaded into the app when checking out, still had money on it. The gift card balance doesn’t stay loaded in your account, you have to go back to your email and reenter the gift card number if you want to make another purchase. I’m also not seeing a way to check the balance of the gift card (no I don’t want to contact customer service!). This isn’t specific to the app but it would be helpful if product listings would disclose when the fit of a product has been updated compared to prior seasons. And like actual descriptions not just we updated it to be more like X and Y tops. There’s no way to know about changes to designs unless you ask customer service before you order anything, or you’re part of the brand’s private Facebook group. Would save a lot of trial and error in ordering.

I was so surprised by the quality of the items I ordered from my first order at Christmas. I saw there was a special for New Years so I went crazy and went to check out, but there was no code to get the discount. I procrastinated as to whether I wanted to order without the discount but hoped that the company would make it right. I ordered the items and wrote a email to customer service. Meghan from customer support did not disappoint, she issued a credit for the amount of the discount!!! What a GREAT company and GREAT customer service!! I immediately placed another order! Quick questions: 1. I understand deodorant or antidepressant can damage the fibers of the merino wool. What does everyone use for sweat? 2. What type of detergent do you recommend? I have been a happy Woolx customer for several years now! The clothes are great quality merino wool that keep me warm but not hot in the winter and comfortable in the summer too! The clothes feel great, are stylish ,and not itchy. The colors are lovely and the clothes last and last. I love supporting small businesses and Woolx is one of my favorites!

I love the Stella petite leggings. Wore them for the first time today, they are so comfortable and completely warm in 20 degree weather. The best! I just bought a second pair.
