Customer Service is a NIGHTMARE
The app itself is fine but whoever they have running the Customer Service desk should be fired and immediately replaced. I have been emailing them back and forth for the past month; replies come back a day later if I’m lucky, and they're usually a sentence or two long with completely unclear and sometimes irrelevant information. I am so tired. Do better. Edit: They are now calling me a liar and ignoring my emails :) They’ve suspended my account because they found it suspicious that I requested a refund when I was charged for a nonexistent package and, despite me having sent them MULTIPLE screenshots as proof, still won’t even CONSIDER lifting the suspension from my account. I have no other way I can contact them apart from emails, and I don’t know how else to bring this to their attention. I asked to speak to someone in higher authority which they flat out ignored. I’ve had to repeat myself MANY MANY TIMES, and I’ve had to ask them for updates on the situation during times where they just did not reply. I would’ve honestly left it alone if I hadn’t already spent quite a bit of time and money on my account. Do not download the app. Do not use the website. Do not make an account. Do not put even an ounce of your time, your energy, your efforts, or your money into this game. It’s not worth it, especially not when the people behind the game don’t care about you or your account. As long as they can go home with a handful of coins in their pocket, they consider their conscience free.
