This app used to work now it just spins when I try to log in. Every. Single. Time. Fix your app!

Im unsure of what happened on the app but it suddenly stopped feeding my cat and I went almost a week unknowingly not feeding my cat. I tried reinstalling and making a new account, etc but nothing works and the only thing itll do is a manual app feeding but no scheduled feeding. Complete waste of an app

this app is worthless

Feeder worked for a bit but had a number of problems with the app crashing or timing out making it impossible or at the very least frustrating to update feeding times. Customer service is hard to get in touch with and they will tell you to redownload and reset the app but you will just encounter problems a few weeks later. The camera is required to set up device so it is essentially no longer usable if the camera is smudged, etc. It is unreliable and therefore dangerous for your furry friend especially if you plan to use this when you are out of town. I would recommend not using this brand or app.

I used the Wopet feeder for a while, with so many hiccups in the programming, I only continued to use the device because of how much it cost in hopes that maybe it would pull itself together in time… it didn’t. Eventually it stopped working completely, no lights, no action when I manually pressed the food release button, and I could not connect to the app whatsoever. Decided to add batteries in hopes that I can reconnect and see some activity on the feeder machine/app- nothing happened again. Did some digging online to find that it is programmed as such; When there is battery supply only, the feeder's Wi-Fi connection will be disconnected. All the operations on the App will be unavailable. I had to throw it all away- there was nothing left I could do without a connection to the app. It would be best to go back to older fashioned machines with internal clocks and timers.

The app is trash. Force closes 90% of the time. Slows my phone down 100% of the time.

This app is awful. 2010 functionality and it’s never updated. No motion sensing, no infrared, no auto-record, 6 feedings max… just really limited, and the app never updates. Wopet’s new app “WOpet Life” is terrible too. This company is infuriatingly bad at writing software.

The app stopped working. It wouldn't allow any portion sizes to be changed. Kept getting the time out message. I finally thought I was resetting it by doing unbind. Mistake. I’ve spent hours trying to reconnect it. I’ve reached out to support and they weren’t available but did share their website support link. I’m still in hopes of a solution.

I registered but forgot password. After several DELETED of app, the problem isn’t solved. I never receive instructions by email about password reset, but app realizes I have an account. How can I delete that account and start fresh. I’m just getting frustrated. I tried several others Wopet apps and still no luck.

I have two Wopet camera feeders. This app hasn’t changed at all or improved functionality in the three years I’ve been using it. The feeders are great in theory but useless if you can’t consistently use the app. I’d sacrifice the camera feature and get the model with buttons if I could do it over. The app needs to improve in order for the products to be worth the money. It’s phenomenal how awful it is.
