I paid for the no ads option a while ago. Have been playing this game for years. Suddenly a month ago I was asked to sign in again and the ads reappeared. I attempted to get in touch with tech support and they ignored me. FYI people

I like the game, but it’s very glitchy. Looks like it hasn’t been updated in 3 years, so it’s not surprising. Why do I need to sit through ads when this game doesn’t work properly half the time?

Does no longer work in my phone. I’m really angry because I used to play it daily sometimes hourly. I’ve tried to communicate with Etermax but they’re just spending their money and laughing at poor schmucks like me who keep trying and keep spinning our wheels. Anyone else have this problem? At least they could reach out and help me. My game plays once and when it’s time to refresh with a new game it does not go past the instagram ad. Oh well. This is word crack 2 and I’ve refreshed everything except my attitude. Please do SOMETHING ETERMAX.

I am so tired of enduring an ad, only to have app freeze and I lose my game and any power ups I used. Otherwise, I enjoy this game. Fix it and I’ll change it to five stars.

For about a week now, (beginning of July) there has been a new glitch on both mine and my husband’s iPads. The game will not load and continually has the following error message: “Oops! We are sorry. An error has occurred”. I have tried multiple times on both of our iPads to restart and even delete the games and reinstall but nothing is working. Please look into this matter. Thank you!

I’ve been unable to play for several days due to error message. I really love this game!

The same boards are shown. Buggy. Keeps saying there is a problem with internet connection , yet all of my apps on my phone are working. I deleted the app, reinstalled. No success.

Won’t work after completing all challenges. Tried deleting and reinstalling,still won’t load.

When I open the app there is an error message and it will not open. Very frustrating!
