Word Scramble™

As with other reviewers, I find this game fun but the adverts come at the wrong moment so you can't see how your score is built up. Very annoying. The biggest problem, though is that occasionally the adverts come with sound which is very disturbing if I am playing the game when other people are around. It does not seem possible to prevent this. Unfortunately, as a result, I can’t really risk playing now, and have deleted the game.

After playing for a number of years,The ads have got completely out of hand of course, I understand the needs for ads but this has become overkill, sadly, I will be deleting the app directly after this review a shame used to be such a good game.

Guys this used to be the best out there now it’s just ruined by continuous ads, so I don’t play very long which defeats having ads… an ad per game is ridiculous and pointless … make a pay version of the app as anything better than what the game has become now… you won’t read this anyway

The ads completely take over this great word game & therefore, spoil it! I’d rather pay a little than have this intrusion! Are you, the developers, listening? I’d like to think so & am throwing the gauntlet down! Xxx

Love this app BUT it has frozen with an ad. I don’t have an account to sign into Storm8 in order to report and resolve.

So bloody annoying, countless times this game crashes when you have spent time playing it. The odd time maybe but it’s constantly.

I realise that a “free” app will include ads and agree with many of the comments here that they are too frequent and too difficult to close. Today I was disgusted to be subjected to an ad for an app called Live Bingo or something similar which showed salacious pictures of under age girls. This is totally unacceptable and the publishers should be ashamed for allowing this type of material

Used to like this game but now so many ads it’s time wasting & off-putting. Infuriatingly sometimes the ads appear to have no end, & I’ve missed what score I got - which is the point of the game. It’s also glitchy & sometimes the game cuts out half way through

This used to be a great game which I played countless times. I deleted the app when it just froze after playing one game. Tried the delete app and brought it back again to no avail. Completely forgot about it then I saw it on my partners iPad. Brought it back again on mine, played one game. Guess what! Correct, frozen screen. Deleted for good. Bye bye

I enjoyed the early incarnation of this game but the fun has been sucked out by the latest versions that interrupt the end score reveal so you can’t see how you’ve done anymore. Watching the score building when it was over was the main enjoyment! And now that that’s gone, there’s no point in playing.
