The “human factor” in shared growth and skills.
We as experienced ones are “giving back” to the community the strengths that ones have been able to build as they mature and share with us. By using real “individuals” those less experienced have real “examples” to aim for and to target their growth. These ones really are the future of our youth and families! We should never minimize the experience we have gained. Through personalized guidance and “helping hand(s)” we have gained a lot of ability. Along with this, we have gained friendship and knowledge beyond our”years”! We are only taxed to not be “stingy” but to be as generous or even more generous with what has been handed to us by way of intellect and experience. View this as one of the greatest gifts we receive. Years of experience from those so willing to share.(Called the human factor) They only ask for a real well MEANING AND WELL SAID … THANK YOU!! The friends we gain by this growth and support are gifts we need to treasure and share as well!! They will last our lifetime and are to be passed on!
