I finished the day off with 32 levels and when I woke up I was dropped to level 22. What is this glitch?

It was fun until all of sudden I keep getting an error message and can’t open the app at all.

Ads block the board
I’d send an image but it won’t let me. The ads across the top of my screen block part of the game.
Good game
Only problem with game is the ads are at the top and coin amount and it covers the areas I need to see to play. Other than that the game is good.
