Crashing
It used to be a great and fun game but now it’s crashing constantly. I need to open it between 4 and 7 times before I can play. And then it keeps crashing after playing 1 move. I need to delete it

Lost my account!
I love this game and pay a near $20 (nzd) subscription to it monthly, despite their being no other incentive, apart from ads-free! But it kept crashing, despite updating my phone to the latest iOS update, so I followed the online advice and deleted my game and reinstalled. I chose to keep the subscription, and logged back in with my Facebook first (as I was connected via Facebook with my friends) but noticed I was level 1 again and all my active games and friends were gone. My subscription however was still active, and my name was reset. I logged in with my Google account thinking perhaps that was the one I used, and again with my Apple. But nothing changed, however the date of my account creation was January 2022, the same as my original profile when looking at it through my partners game. My partner started a match. I didn’t get the request. I sent a ticket but haven’t heard back. Disappointed, for the price I pay there should be some way to submit a ticket directly and not just to Apple via a “complaint about the subscription”.
Fun word game
Fun word game, but clearly many of the opponents are bots as they hate it if you take too long to do a word, it’s as if they don’t have to sleep or do life stuff ha, but still fun

Absolutely love this game been playing it 24/7 and can’t get enough of it

App keeps dropping or I get a delayed reaction during games. Very frustrating and annoying
New interface is AWFUL
I absolutely love this game, very addictive. So much fun to pit my skills with people all over the globe. After a while I built group of adversaries with similar skill levels. Just fabulous. HOWEVER for some unknown reason the developers have completely changed the look and feel of the game with this new version. Now the colour scheme just screams, hurts my eyes and makes it hard to read the letters. What were they thinking? If it ain’t broke don’t fix it people. Am currently looking a for a new game, so sad :(
Difficulty getting app to update game progress
Works well most of the time but opponents moves most often do not show up for up to 24 hours after they have played and this really disrupts the game. I’ve tried closing and reopening the app, and even restarting the device. The notification comes through but unless you click on it you may not see the other players move. Even opening the game in question multiple times doesn’t help. Other issues around incorrect reporting. App tells me a game ended because I’ve timed out, when in fact it is the other player. ‘Next Game’ takes you to a suggested game you don’t want to play, and then you can’t remove the game from your list. Also the list of suggested opponents is somehow poorly filtered. I can only see those with stats way below mine so playing them is no fun, yet others exist because I get requests from them. And when you get a request you can’t see the stats to know whether to accept or not.

I don't know what's going on with WordWars but it's very frustrating when I try to chat with people sometimes they get my messages and then all of a sudden they don't. They think I've ghosted them. I hate it. There's no other game like this. I love but I wish they would get the chat fixed.

Just one complaint ….
I’ve had this game since 2020. Have always liked it and not had any troubles. They did seem to get rid of being able to use your coins to buy power ups, which is annoying bc I always used them to buy the Super Swap ones. Can’t do that anymore. That’s my major complaint.
