A survey from 2021 found that only 11% of Americans read the Bible daily. I'm not sure how accurate that statistic is but it makes sense to me. The Bible is hard to understand and contains so much information that people don't know where to begin. As a result we find many "defeated Christians" who still struggle with sin, addiction, fear, anxiety, marriage problems, money problems and the list goes on. We believe there is freedom in Christ, but the majority doesn't experience it because of a lack in Bible study.
WordDrop is committed to raising the stats to hopefully 100% of daily Bible readers. We seek to make Bible study fun and easy to understand. We are committed to the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth so that all believers in Christ can surrender to the Truth and the Truth will make them free and free indeed.
Pastor Peter O'Connell leads the Bible study content on the app. He has been in ministry since 1998. He served as a Missionary Associate, Youth Pastor and now is the Founding Pastor of Word Drop Church.
The WordDrop Bible Study App is for anyone who desires to dig deeper in the Word of God and understand its true context. God has given us a gift and people do not realize how precious the gift of the Bible is. It contains the abundant promises and blessings of God. The Lord has prepared a "table" for us to come and eat with Him.
We believe there are 4 KEYS to unlock the mysterious table of God. KEYS is an acronym for Knowledge, Execute, Yield and Surrender. With the help of the Holy Spirit the WordDrop Bible Study App is a tool which provides understanding of the Knowledge of God according to scripture. The other KEYS are up to you to use. After you understand the Knowledge, Execute it. Be doers of the Word. And you will naturally Yield the fruit of the spirit. Every day continue to Surrender every detail of your life to God. Become a Living Sacrifice holy and acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. The goal is to have Christ in you, the hope of Glory.

Great so far

I’m really enjoying this so far. I’ve been looking for a good online Bible study and I think I’ve found it, although this is only day two. But great detail in a verse by verse instruction and several topical messages as well. I’m looking forward to more topical discussions.
