I like it, very easy to use. However my boss has chosen another app and I can’t find a way to cancel my free subscription and subsequent paid subscription can you help?

Not user friendly
About 75% of my work force HATES this app. It lags, it is difficult to navigate, the photo location part is a joke. No real time GPS. I’m looking for better opportunities.
