Pretty disappointing you can’t add lead notes or update leads out office. Could use a pause feature on timer.

This app is terrible. Surely after being on the market for so long and after all the ratings you guys would have done something about how sucky the app is. All you can do is add and edit tasks and nothing to do with quoting or invoicing. Why don’t you just get rid of WorkflowMax and work on Projects (like adding a simple notes and documents section, how hard is that?) For how much it is per month it’s definitely not worth it. Save your disappointment.

This app is great for keeping track of time however it could really use a pause time function. Also a function that allows me to see how much time I have left on a job - would help me to not go over time and budget.

I’ve had Xero/WorkflowMax for about 4-5 years now, and I’ve been waiting for the WFM mobile app to actually progress into something more functional than just basically viewing your job numbers, and integrate into the browser version completely. Why haven’t they upgraded it to something where I can actually produce quotes/add costs from my lists/do actual business from my phone? For $65 a month I really don’t want to have to keep pulling out my laptop, when there could be a solution on my phone!! What’s taking so long! 5 years may as well be a decade in these times - step into the future WFM!!! If you use the browser version of WFM, you’re going to be bitterly disappointed - 0 stars

No updates for an eternity - this app is pointless for a business owner trying to work with WorkflowMax. The lack of update both here and on the desktop make me question my use of WFM as a whole - as the development is running far, far behind the input to other competitors. There is an opportunity for this to be a simple, effective tool that can answer so many questions for small business owners but the experience falls so far short on iOS its not worth downloading. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Pain in the ass app doesn’t function at all since Xero integration.

Pointless without access to Leads and Quotes! Very disappointing. Zero stars (just a glorified time tracker with little else to offer). Get with the program guys :(

Major downfall of the app is the fact you cannot utilise the quote or lead functionality, would be a major step forward if this was available.

Incredibly un-userfriendly in set up. So so painful to use and go through the million certification pages before the page timing out with an “access denied access” page and no explanation of the problem. FAQ’s and help pages unhelpful. My colleague’s are all suffering similar frustrations. Wish I could score this less that 1 star.
