Not working
The past two months when I export the file the date is no longer displayed and it’s just random numbers. This isn’t helpful when I’m submitting it to be paid.

I’m really impressed with this app, syncs perfectly between my ipad and mac versions. really easy to customise to suit my needs. nice clean layout and designed well to show you your data however you prefer it. nice support site too. wanted to know how to do a couple of things and found out in minutes.
Using on iPhone and Mac daily. Have got a much better understanding of workload and this is helping plan and allocate resources. Works like a charm. Recommended.
It’s truly a really good app. I wanted something simple that wouldn’t be subscription based. It does all you need it to do and doesn’t get in your way. There’s very little friction when starting or stopping a timer, which is very important to me. The one big thing I don’t like about it is that I have to purchase the pro version on every device separately, and the cost varies as well. In order to have this sync between my device I had to buy a pro version on my iPhone, then another pro version on the Mac, and now my trial is up on my windows machine so it seems i’ll have to purchase it one more time. This is honestly very stupid. I’m buying the same app three times just to have it sync, which is such a core feature. One more thing that would be nice - the ability to search in analytics page. The filter is ok, but doesn’t show me the total amount for the filtered entries. I do love that it’s not subscription based tho. Good job!
Initially surprised that I couldn’t group tasks under projects, I’ve found that this app does give me the breakdown I need by allowing selection of tags for each discrete work unit, grouped under job name. It is simple to start and stop from my iPhone and I also use the MacBook (2020) app. I’ve set the app to prompt for title and description of the work unit on finishing but usually create this during the activity (clock still running). This will be very useful when I want to show my employer how much time has been used up by answering employer’s emails, telephone queries and other interruptions to planned work!
I just wish I have found this app 20 years ago...It has revolutionised my working practice. It is an app that is flexible and intuitive which many are not and it allows me to easily record the time I spend on each of my various clients. I particularly like the ability to duplicate an item that you have previously posted so that if you do the same type of work time and time again it is very quick to input it by doing a duplication and then amending the duplicate. Although it doesn’t have an ability to put in a client, I have found that I can get around this by using the task field as the client name (although I hope in time that Timo will add two features, one being a client name field and the other being the ability to input time against a fixed fee agreed for all of your work for a client as this would also allow to determine productivity and profitability of fixed fees. (Again the current workaround appears to be to set a second task for the same client marked “fixed fees” and allocated to that). I love the app and I am sure it is saving me thousands a year in terms of time that I have previously forgotten to enter into timesheets. The ability to export to excel is also fantastic as our internal billing system can then import the data
As per title, love the app, serves my needs almost perfect, a Watch companion app would push it to 5 stars for sure!
Overall I really like the app. One aspect I would like to see though, would be the ability to swipe between for instance weeks in the analytics tab. Eg swipe right to go back a week.
Update - the Developer has been brilliant and has taken my problem onboard and released a fix within a short time. It’s now working exactly as I wanted. Superb! Thank you! I am looking for a time tracking app and have tested this. It’s great apart from one issue. You cannot change the tags. If I change them and save the task it doesn’t then recognise the task. The only way I found to do it was to delete the task and recreate it. This is no good for me.
