This app fits my needs perfectly ! As a developer I have to say that I am quite jealous to not be the creator. Thanks for helping me moving and doing exercice !!
Tried this app for a few days. Would definitely consider paying for it. Easy to set-up and use. One request though. I’d like to be able to just data enter my workout, instead of running the app to track the workout. For example, I use my Apple Watch to track my cycling. I just need to add my time into the app. Can’t see a way to do that.
I’ve been using a journal and writing out my workouts for the last year and a bit. I got tired of having to spend time writing it all down and then sifting through the pages to find weights and sets previously used so I looked for an app to build and log my own workouts. I googled apps for logging your own workouts and found this one for iPhone. I am beyond impressed at the ease of use and the information it captures. I love that I can create my own custom exercises or use their library for common exercises or custom exercises already logged by other users. I have never tracked how much weight total I’ve pushed in my workouts so I am loving that feature. It’s super easy to create workouts, set up supersets, set the reps and weights and rest periods. Added bonus is the fact that it will show you averages of the workouts you create and show your PRs and precious weights used. It’s also nice that it shows the primary and secondary muscles used with all the different workouts. Highly recommend for anyone who tailors their own workouts and wants a place to log everything and easily be able to go through the data to make adjustments.
Great app and great support from developer
Exactly what I have been looking for. Thank you. This is nerd fitness at its finest. Interface is complex w lots of options. Not bloated. Lots of workout exercises to pick from. Add your own too! Wow!! Even yoga poses! I paid for the ads removal. Dude actually deserves more than this!! Thank you for your time and effort!!
I downloaded this app to make my own workout a bit easier to do. This app has really helped me monitor my progress in my workout! I recommended this to my friends and they said the same thing☺️!
Exactly what I was looking for. UI is a little dated looking but functionally it’s great.
It has some nice workouts and you can create your own. I think it will be great when you can add your weight and measurements to keep on track. I have been looking for an app like this and it has no membership. The only thing that you pay for is to remove ads which I think is great. I highly recommend this app and excited to see it be updated a bit more!
Edit: thank you for responding! Change to 5B stars. I did not see the reorder and supersets button when edit was hit. Kind of blends in! Haha. None the less I am super happy now. Thank you! Only reason this is four stars is because: 1) I can’t move around my workouts. Example when I created back/bis I put one set after a different set, but I needed to switch them. Couldn’t figure this out. Solution: let us drag and drop the workouts when we edit it/add new sets to the workout 2) is like to have super sets and giant sets. 2/3 different works grouped as one set before resting Solution: somehow make this happen. Right now I just keep swapping workouts. Other than that love this app!
