Love it!
I love this app, I think it’s great! I have tried plenty of other workout apps and this one is the first one that actually helps you along with sets and reps but still gives you the option to be flexible with the workout. I do think though when using the Apple Watch in conjunction with the app that it would be a nice feature to still be able to see the sets and reps that have been done on the phone if using both. It’s kinda hard to see the exercise list and what exercises come next on the watch. But other than that, it’s fantastic! Update: I still love the app, but with the recent update, I don’t like that the new UI doesn’t allow you to see/select from the week’s workout. Sometimes I can’t do the workout on that day and opt to do it on another day. Now when I select to do a workout on a different day it skips all the workouts till that point with no option to do the others.
