Faster Way to Fat Loss: Be Fit

The app is laid out great and it tacks water intake and gives a small exercise each day. It’s completely silent and you don’t even get a sound when you complete each rep or a well done, keep going. The exercises are basic and I can’t see people losing weight on this. There is no where to re enter your weights to keep a track of if you are losing. Not for me

You have to pay to do anything

So when I first joined this app because you know I’m a bit fat and I can’t really digest much and I did my age and my height (just did random because I don’t what my height is) and all of that stuff then u press on weight loss but it just took me to buying the thingy even thought I don’t have any money I was really mad and I thought this would help me but instead just a waste of time what a shame you guys need to fix your app because it has problems anyway bye bye :)

You can’t do anything without the subscription!!!

I had sent a request to cancel the free trial to the end of the third day and yet they charged me for a subscription without any warning. There is no option to cancel the subscription in the app one it is installed. This seems to be fraud

After filling in my details I clicked on (what I thought) was the 3 day free trial, but apparently I didn't, because there was a payment taken from my account straight away. Also, I found the exercises way too hard for me to begin with and I felt like giving up straight away. I was asked me afterward if it was good, too light or too hard, and the exercises seemed adjusted on the following day, but I wouldn't have found out if I would have given up straight away (which I actually had. I was only curious to see if the exercises were adjusted indeed).

I stupidly paid for this app based on the reviews. The app initially takes your info to generate a plan specifically for you, I was looking forward to doing workouts that suit me, unfortunately all the workouts were very difficult and fast paced for me even though I put in that I have never worked out before. There are no modifications and there is no online support when I wanted to get a refund, now I have paid £25 for 3 months that I definitely won’t use. If you are a complete beginner to working out I don’t recommend this app

How can you focus on workout if you need to focus on counting the time and tapping buttons on your phonescreen.
