J'ai téléchargé l'application il y a quelques jours et pour l'instant c'est un sans faute : video pour bien exercer le mouvement, sauvegarde des résultats des entraînements....Je recommande !

Alors j’ai vraiment commencé il y a 2 jours donc forcément je n’ai pas de résultat mais je sens que ça arrive bien. Bref je recommande cet appli à 100%

No sound quite basic
The app is laid out great and it tacks water intake and gives a small exercise each day. It’s completely silent and you don’t even get a sound when you complete each rep or a well done, keep going. The exercises are basic and I can’t see people losing weight on this. There is no where to re enter your weights to keep a track of if you are losing. Not for me
